A tuareg band consisting of five women and four men residing in the Timbuktu region. The women sit and play the rhythm while the men, veiled, sing and play instruments. Tuareg society is one of the few in Africa that allow women to choose their husbands. Produced by the Congotronics guy in his mobile studio in the middle of the desert.
