The first full length release from Pennsylvania native, Langhorne Slim brings confidence and sincerity back into modern music. His graceful guitar playing and honest singing voice are likely to draw in the first time listener instantly. Slim twists and turns and spits out each lyric like they really — honest to God — mean something. Most songs contain a folk rock feel that even I would be comfortable dancing to. It’s easy to get through the whole album without skipping tracks, because there is absolutely no filler. It’s only 36- minutes long with 15 tracks which is perfect for today’s ADD ridden music lover.DAVID OLNEY
