The Lynne Arriale (uh-RAY-lee) Trio celebrates their 10th Anniversary with this new disc.Pianist Lynne Arriale launched her career in high-style by winning the 1993 International Great American Jazz Piano Competition. She immediately set off on a recording career and now delivers her 8th studio disc, the follow-up to Inspiration, which hit #1 on the U.S. Jazz charts.
The new disc features six original tunes, as well as Arriale take on the Scottish ballad "Red is the Rose", the New Orleans standard "Iko Iko" and The Beatles’ title tune.
