Luciano

Lessons of Life

2004-10-27

Luciano is one of Jamaica's most prolific and consistantly exceptional musical sons. He's recorded well over a dozen albums since the early nineties, both on his own and in collaboration with other prominent artists.

Lessons of Life, his first work for the Shanachie label, is a superb set of songs including spiritual and socially conscious material as well as celebrations of love and relationships. But the music never takes a back seat to the message. This is an album that grabs the ear and won't let go.
