Rob Drabkin

Live Vol II

2015-11-06

There is nothing like waking up in the morning and putting on some tunes. I love listening to some tracks that have a pronounced bass in it and with good musicianship involved it just works well. This album by Rob is a really good example of just that, even though at times they really sound like OAK, or even Dave Matthews Band, they still put their own spins on it. The second disk on this has some really good cover tunes on it, including Solsbury Hill (Peter Gabriel) and "THe Boy IN The Bubble" by Paul Simon. The Simon cover really sounds nothing like the original but i like how they put their own spin on it. I would add this one to your collection for sure.
