This is Nathan Kalish, sans The Wildfire. Left to himself, he's crafted introspective songs that are a bit quieter than his previous work with his band-mates. Featuring your typical rock configuration of guitar, drums, and bass, (with occasional organ), Delicate Veins is essentially a folk-rock album in the key of Neil Young or perhaps a countryfied Tom Petty.
