FUTURE CLOUDS AND RADAR

Future Clouds and Radar

2007-05-28

The Future Clouds and Radar Fifedom, ensconsed in the shadowy hill country of Texas, approximately 30 minutes outside of Austin, has been battling corporate mediocrity in the arts, in a rather half-hearted way, since March 17th, 2006 around about 7:10 pm. Or perhaps the actual battling began closer to 7:35 pm and what took place prior to that would be more accurately described as "questioning". In any case the collective is the latest creation of Robert Harrison, whose band Cotton Mather was once called "miniscule" by Uncut magazine and compared by London's Evening Standard to both spinach puree and smoked haddock in the same review! Known for their live performances, the group can go from 6-13 members on stage, and play with the improvisation flair of a jazz collective. Focus tracks: A4,6,7 B3,5,13
