Drew Emmitt

Across the Bridge

2005-08-08

Leftover Salmon frontman Drew Emmitt's 2nd solo project once again serves as a means of stepping away from Salmon’s “poly-ethnic slamgrass” to showcase his love for pure bluegrass.

He’s joined on the disc by a lineup of ‘grass greats that includes Matt Flinner, Sam Bush, John Cowan, Del McCoury and Jim Lauderdale. With 8 original tunes and proficient pickin’, the new disc keeps Drew Emmitt among the newgrass elite.
