DAVID BAZAN

Fewer Moving Parts EP

2007-01-23

This guy is brilliant, founder and leader of Pedro the Lion and has worked with many excellent musicians. He grew up in a conservative Christian background and then the taste of music touched his lips. He’s played at Calvin as Pedro the Lion, The Undertow Orchestra (with Mark Eitzel & Vic Chesnutt), and solo. In 2007 he is a featured “Festival of Faith and Music” speaker and performer along with Neko Case, Emmylou Harris and Anathello. This album is his solo debut ep, with about 5 songs, done with heavy instrumentation and then redone acoustic. – Pete
