Fat Freddy's Drop is just that. Fat in it's bottom sound, (maybe that comes from the fact that all 7 band mates hail from down under,New Zeeland) and Phat as in the street lingo of America (the best). It's varied styles take's your ear from techno soul funk to a bit of reggae as each track lays out the premise of what is behind "Based On A True Story", Fat Freddy's Drop, first independent CD release. Is it true or not? I'm not sure but the journey was worth the listen. Slip
