For 20 years, Northern Michigan’s 4-piece band Song of the Lakes has served as ambassadors of the Great Lakes musical tradition.

Using an array of acoustic instruments, Song of the Lakes adds to Michigan folklore with original tunes that expand on Celtic, Scandinavian and maritime styles.
