GUSTER

Ganging up on the Sun

2006-07-05

Guster is described as playful and harmonious. Their original pop-rock songs have gained them a seriously devoted fan following. Ganging up on the Sun is different from Guster's previous releases. Some have accused it of being too mainstream, but others have embraced the band's evolution and ambition, claiming that their lyrics have taken on greater depth and meaning. According to Paste Magazine, this is "their most accomplished work to date." – Ben Kleyn
