Female singers are so prevalent nowadays, that the few that actually have great albums get overshadowed by those featured on television commercials and with marketing campaigns. Kris Delmhorst is one of those overshadowed artists. A smoky, sexy voice recalls Natalie Merchant. She can take over the mood with her voice using its’ power, but also making sure to let the music ride when need be. A great listen! Buy it immediately!
