Singer/songwriter Tim Harrison was among the contemporary Canadian folk music scene's most notable proponents, a driving force not only as a performer but also as a festival organizer and director. He first earned attention in 1976 as the founder of the Owen Sound Summerfolk Festival, and later helped develop the Eaglewood Folk Festival. -AMG excerpt
