David Darling and The Wulu Bunun

Although the language and culture of Taiwan’s indigenous Wulu Bunun people are quickly disappearing, their distinctive eight-part harmonies are changing the way the world considers the evolution of harmonics.

Classical cellist David Darling recently traveled to Taiwan’s Central Mountain Range to collaborate with the singers on this first-ever recording of their sacred music.
