The Habit

2017-01-12

I thought this album was pretty cool. They really sound like a combination of Yonder Mountain String Band with a touch of the Grateful Dead. With the Dead having so many songs in their library it would be hard to pin that down, but they have more of the folky rock feel to them, but some acoustic strings standing out a little more. With approximately 11 people in the band, playing a number of different instruments i thought they brought a very good feel and good beats to album, along with some pretty good musicianship as well. Check out tracks 1, 4, and 6.
