Rare Elements features the work of sarangi master Ustad Sultan Khan remixed by Thievery Corporation, Radar One, Joe Clausell, Brainpolluter, and others.

Ustad was child prodigy, performing his first concert at age 11 and moving on to accompany Ravi Shankar on George Harrison’s Dark Horse tour. He’s been awarded the Sangeet Natya Academy Award, the Gold medal award of Moharashtra and an American Academy of Artists award. He even made waves by performing at the 50th birthday party of Prince Charles.
