Community Media Center is always looking for willing volunteers who would like to help us build community through media.

WYCE

There are numerous ways to volunteer your time at WYCE, from reviewing new albums to helping out at our annual Jammies awards ceremony to answering the phones during our fund drive. To learn more about how to get involved at WYCE email Shane.

The Rapidian

Anyone can sign up to be a reporter for The  Rapidian! Once you're signed up, we provide you with a mentor, and access to tools and training. We want to help you tell your news story well! What do we ask in return? Just that your article follow basic journalism standards (your mentor will help you with that) and covers the news and people in the community of Grand Rapids. Wealthy Theatre

Volunteering at WT is easy, fun, and flexible! Volunteers are allowed free pop and popcorn and a seat in the house (provided the show is not sold out).

Positions are first to come, first serve. Anyone can volunteer, but you must be 18 or older to be placed in concessions. To learn about volunteer opportunities at the theatre, check out the upcoming opportunities below or contact WT Director Chris Kotcher.
