Lowell Arts announces its 57th Annual Fallasburg Arts Festival, September 20-21, in Fallasburg Park.

The Fallasburg Arts Festival at scenic Fallasburg Park features 100 juried fine art and craft booths, kids' activities, craft demonstrations, live music, and a Community Art Quilt opportunity as part of Lowell Arts' public art initiative.

Festival Hours are 10 to 5 Saturday and 10 am-4 pm on Sunday.

Creston Pride, an annual partnership between En Vivo Church and the Creston Neighborhood Association, is scheduled for Sunday, September 21, from 12 pm-6 pm. The location is 123 Caledonia St. NE in the Creston neighborhood.  

All are welcome to this vibrant neighborhood celebration of love, unity, and diversity at the second annual Creston neighborhood pride festival. 
The family-friendly event includes local vendors, food, and a variety of stage performances

The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum is proud to announce its participation in the annual ArtPrize competition, welcoming more than 50
talented artists from around the globe. 

As one of the central venues for this prestigious event, the museum will host a diverse array of art installations, and to accommodate additional visitors during ArtPrize, the Gerald R. Ford Museum will offer extended hours and free admission.

The Museum hours will be 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays, throughout the duration of the ArtPrize competition...running September 19 - October 4.

The PowerShift Block Party, happening Saturday, September 27, 2-5 PM, is a collaboration of the Grand Rapids Climate Coalition, Michigan Climate Action Network, and the Urban Core Collective. 

PowerShift Block Party will be held at the Baxter Community Center. 

This free community event features DJ Venus Flyytrap, food, art, storytelling, and speakers. 

The intent is to educate residents about utility accountability and mobilizing local power.
