Gilda's Club Grand Rapids continues the tradition of Camp Sparkle for its 24th year with two camp sessions: June 16-20;  and June 23-27. 

Camp Sparkle, which supports overall emotional health, is free to attend and open to children from all surrounding communities. 

It provides children with a chance to connect and interact with other children who have gone through cancer, or been impacted by a cancer journey, or the death of a family member or friend with cancer.

The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library and Museum proudly announces the Michigan premiere of the documentary film "On Healing Land, Birds Perch," directed by Naja Phạm Lockwood.

The screening, which is free and open to the public, is scheduled for Thursday, May 22nd at 6:30pm at the Gerald R. Ford Museum.

This documentary highlights the stories behind one of the most iconic Pulitzer Prize-winning photographs in history.
