This event will be held virtually Thursday, April 24, from 1:00 - 4:30 pm and includes three workshops focused on fair housing issues and topics.

Advanced registration is required, and discounted tickets and full scholarships are available for older adults, students, nonprofits, and those experiencing financial hardship.

Grand Rapids Civic Theatre - The Color Purple (click for more info)

Support for WYCE comes from the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre presenting The Color Purple, on stage, April 18th through May 4th.

The Color Purple is a musical adaptation of Alice Walker's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel (and the popular 1985 Steven Spielberg film) that spotlights Celie, and her awakening over 40 years. 

This stage presentation has a score featuring jazz, ragtime, gospel, African music, and rhythm and blues.
