GRTV Media Presentation Suite (click for more info)

GRTV is offering a new service that allows community members and organizations to digitize their outdated home media through the launch of its "Media Preservation Suite." 


The Media Preservation Suite is geared toward community members and organizations interested in transferring VHS tapes, cassette tapes, CDs, DVDs and 8-millimeter film - into digital formats. 

Users must be GRCMC all-access members to use this service then complete a one-time certification training to learn how to use the digitization equipment and software.

The Grand Rapids Public Library invites you to join them for a special celebration of poetry at The Power of Poetry Showcase on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the Main Library Branch.

 

The event will be hosted by Grand Rapids Poet Laureate Christine Stephens-Krieger, and will feature performances by local poets who will share their original works.

 

In addition to the performance, attendees will leave with a recommended reading list and tips on how to enjoy the power of poetry.
