Friends of GR Parks - Neighborwoods (click for more info)
Friends of Grand Rapids Parks will host their annual fall planting event, Neighborwoods, on September 27th and 28th, and they need help planting 200 trees in the MLK Park Neighborhood. 

Planting trees helps provide opportunities for more shade, cleaner air, mental and physical health benefits, and more.

Tree planting shift times are:
Friday, September 27th, from 1 pm to 4pm,
Saturday, September 28th, from 9 am to 12 pm or 1 pm to 4 pm.
