Support for WYCE comes from The Fans of Valley Field ...their annual Chili  Cook-off at the Ballpark on Saturday September 28th from 9am-4pm.

Valley Field is located at 650 Valley Ave NW, Grand Rapids.

Chili-Cook-off at the Ballpark includes the opportunity to sample chili from 40 teams in the competition, serving over 200 gallons of chili!

A full bar and other food will also be available, in addition to the chili.

Paws With A Cause - Retriever Fever (click for more info)

West Michigan families and their dogs are invited to Paws With a Cause's annual Retriever Fever...a dog-friendly gathering on Saturday, September 21, at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids.

 

Retriever Fever is a friendly competition between Labrador Retriever and Golden Retriever fans with retriever races, and PAWS merch sales contributing to deciding which dog breed is named "Top Dog."

 

It includes food trucks, games and activities, community vendors, Dog CPR/First Aid Demos, Pet Headshots, and the opportunity to learn about the life-changing impact of a PAWS Assistance Dog .
