Friends of Grand Rapids Parks is partnering with Premier and Chill Foundation West Michigan to provide a free skate and build a demo for all ages and skill levels.
On Wednesday, August 28th, members of the Premier team, skatepark builders, and local artists will guide a skate demo workshop at Clemente DIY Skate Park.
GR Outdoor and Chill Foundation will provide a limited supply of free rental skateboards and safety equipment for the skateboarding class.
The class begins at 5:30 and offers introductory-level training that is free and open to the public.
Registration is available online AND in person.

Step Year, WMCAT's tuition-free college and career exploration program, is specifically
designed to help you find your next steps whether that be college, a trade certificate, a new
job, or maybe something you haven't thought of yet.
