Friends of Grand Rapids Parks will be hosting their second annual Explore Your Parks Workshop series.

The first workshop takes place on Saturday, August 17th. This class is a bouldering workshop, sponsored by Grand Rapids Boulder Project and Terra Firma.

The second workshop will be held on Wednesday, August 28th. Friends of Grand Rapids Parks is partnering with Premier and Chill Foundation of West Michigan to bring an open skate class, regardless of skill level at Clemente DIY Skate Park. There will be skateboards and gear available to rent while supplies last.

Both events are open to the public, those interested can register online at friends of gr parks dot org.
