John Ball Zoo invites you to enjoy live music during select nights at the zoo this summer.

On Thursday, June 27, Rock, Roar, and Pour welcomes live music from Project 90. 

Project 90 is a 90's rock party with a neon theme, street performers, food trucks, specialty drinks, and the opportunity to visit animal habitats in a kid-free environment.

Step Year, WMCAT's tuition-free college and career exploration program, is specifically designed to help you find your next steps whether that be college, a trade certificate, a new job, or maybe something you haven't thought of yet.

WYCE Record Sale Donations 2024 (click for more info)

WYCE is now accepting used record donations for our annual Record and CD Sale at the Eastown Street fair on Saturday, September 7th.

Donations of LPs and 45s can be dropped off at the Community Media Center on 711 Bridge street Northwest, between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.

All proceeds raised go towards supporting West Michigan's only volunteer-powered, independent community radio station.

Members of Grand Valley Artists are hosting their EdBo Art Party & Reception on Friday and Saturday, June 28 and 29th, at 2661 29th Street Southeast, Suite B. (* near 29th St. and Breton in Grand Rapids.)


The art reception and party are a great opportunity to learn more about Grand Valley Artists and view a diverse collection of local artworks, including eclectic and impressionist pieces, paintings, 3D art, jewelry, and more.


Friday's party features vintage boomer music, snacks, and drinks from 7-10pm, and Saturday's offerings are potluck and Salsa from 7-11p.
