Paws With A Cause Golf Outings (click for more info)

Paws With A Cause (PAWS) is inviting golf enthusiasts to tee up during two golf events this summer.

PAWS is hosting their inaugural Holland Scramble on Saturday, June 22, from 8 am to 1 pm at Winding Creek Golf Club in Holland. 

The second golf outing is the PAWS Battle Creek Classic on Saturday, July 27, from 8 am to 1 pm at Binder Park Golf Course in Battle Creek.

Each golf outing includes coffee, lunch, goodie bags, raffle prizes, and the opportunity to meet several PAWS Dogs and puppies.

Proceeds from both golf outings will support the life-changing work of PAWS Assistance Dogs

Wealthy Theatre invites you to a special screening of the documentary, "The Murals" on Sunday, June 16 at 2 PM at the Wealthy Theatre


"The Murals" is a documentary about the New Deal-era Uptown Post Office Murals in Chicago. It explains how and why they were made by Henry Varnum Poor, why they feature Carl Sandburg and Louis Sullivan, and how they inspire people today. 

The one-hour Documentary will screen at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 16th, and will be followed by a short Q&A with Grand Rapids native and Director, TG Jamroz. A brief live soundtrack demonstration is also included.
