If you are considering selling or giving away your unwanted records, WYCE is now accepting gently used record donations for our annual WYCE Record and CD Sale at the Eastown Street fair on Saturday, September 7th. Please note the early date!
Donations of your used LPs and 45s can be dropped off at the Community Media Center, 711 Bridge Street Northwest, during regular business hours of 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
WYCE relies on your donations to replenish our large selection of used vinyl and CDs during our Record and CD Sale at the Eastown Street fair.
All proceeds will support West Michigan's only volunteer-powered, independent community radio station, WYCE!

The Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan is sponsoring its annual Stomp Out Stigma 5k Walk for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention on Saturday, May 18 at the GVSU Campus -Seward Lot in Downtown Grand Rapids.
Registration begins at 8 AM on the day of the walk and the walk begins at 9 AM. Proceeds from the walk benefit Be Nice programs and awareness throughout the West Michigan community.
The "Be Nice" action plan educates students about mental illnesses and encourages them to exchange stereotypes for understanding, compassion, and acceptance.

On Thursday, May 30,regional artists Jeffrey Songco (JEFF-REE SAWN-CO), Chein-An Yuan (CHEN-ANN YOO-ANN), & Kim Thái Nguyễn (KIM TIE WIN) will participate in a panel discussion on how each artist's Asian American & Pacific Islander heritage has influenced their work and what it's like being an artist working in the Midwest.
The event is open to the public, but registration is required.

West Michigan families and their dogs are invited to Paws With a Cause's annual Retriever Fever...a dog-friendly gathering on Saturday, September 21, at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids.
Retriever Fever is a friendly competition between Labrador Retriever and Golden Retriever fans with retriever races, and PAWS merch sales contributing to deciding which dog breed is named "Top Dog."
It includes food trucks, games and activities, community vendors, Dog CPR/First Aid Demos, Pet Headshots, and the opportunity to learn about the life-changing impact of a PAWS Assistance Dog .
