Did Not Come From Bowling Green, But Actually St. Louis, And Is Known For Only Two Recordings, Both Sides Recorded For Brunswick Records In 1930. He Got The Idea To Record From Roosevelt Sykes And Made The Move To Chicago To Audition With Ace A&R Man Mayo Williams.Impressed With the Two Songs Green Brought To The Table, Williams Signed Him to The Label. However, After The 1930 Sessions, Green Returned To Missouri, Worked Odd Jobs And Played Around Town Until His Passing In 1981.
