Jack Kelly's South Memphis Jug Band Had A Fairly Flourishing Recording Career Beginning In 1933 Playing A Repertoire Favoring Blues Based Material, An Uninhibited Music Of The Country Juke Joint And Southern Township Hall, Adding New Dimensions To Fairly Standard Themes. Members Of The Jug Band Went Their Separate Ways After 1939.
