BÃRNS, a Michigan native, released his debut album Dopamine in the fall of 2015 and has performed at numerous festivals including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Hangout, Sasquatch and Bonnaroo, while completely selling out his headline theater tour in the spring of 2016.

This Sunday, October 15th - The Pyramid Scheme welcomes four piece funk rock act Spafford.
Refusing to be restricted to any musical boundaries, Spafford seamlessly blends together an eclectic mixture of all of their collective musical experience. The heart of their sound is rooted in deep sonic exploration with a focus on improvisational elements.
Special guest Hayley Jane & The Primates opens the show.

The UICA Movie Theater shows independent, international, and documentary movies in downtown Grand Rapids Tuesday-Sunday year round.
Now screening: Marjorie Prime, a dramatic sci-fi film set in the near future. The movie, starring John Hamm, follows an elderly woman, Marjorie who spends her final days with a computerized version of her deceased husband. With the intent to recount their life together, Marjorie relies on the information from her children to develop a more complex understanding of his history. As their interactions deepen, the family begins to develop diverging recounts of their lives.
